Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 31, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our SaaS software services.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to best online booking ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our hospitality Property Management System (PMS), Master Channel Manager, AI Booking Engine, and API interfaces (collectively, the "Services"). By registering a free trial or active subscription, you represent that you are an authorized property owner or operator and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Subscription & Account Setup

To access the Services, you must complete the onboarding wizard and establish an active account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete operator details during Step 1 of registration.
  • Bound only verified Google Business property listings that you legally operate or represent in Step 2.
  • Maintain absolute security over your system API keys and dashboard access credentials.

3. Pricing Calculations & Billing Terms

Our pricing model is calculated dynamically based on your active "Bookables" (defined as individual rentable rooms, hostel bunks, or rental units configured in your PMS):

  • Base Pro Plan: Covers up to 5 active bookables for a baseline subscription of $12.00 USD (or equivalent selected currency) per month.
  • Scalable Growth: Each active bookable above 5 adds an incremental subscription fee (typically $2.00 USD) before applying billing term discounts.
  • Billing Discounts: Subscriptions are available on multiple billing cycles. Discounts are applied as follows: 6 Months (10% off), 1 Year (20% off), 2 Years (30% off), and greater than 2 Years (50% off).
  • Currency Adjustments: Currency selectors apply standard baseline conversion rates which are updated periodically. All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

4. Dynamic Pricing & Yield Autopilot

The AI Revenue Autopilot feature automates rate distribution to OTAs. You acknowledge that all automated price decisions remain under your supervision. The Company is not liable for occupancy losses or rate configurations resulting from algorithmic yielding.

5. Channel Distribution Uptime & Sync

Our Master Channel Manager syncs inventory in under 1 second under ordinary conditions. However, third-party channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) operate on separate API parameters. The Company is not responsible for double-bookings or reservation delays caused by OTA channel downtime.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing portal. Upon termination, your active channel sync links will be deactivated to prevent overbookings.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our software after any updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
