Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 31, 2026. Review our simple rules on SaaS subscription fees, cancellations, and active channel syncs.

1. The 14-Day Free Trial

We believe you should evaluate our booking system thoroughly before spending any capital. When you click "Start Free Trial" and complete the three-step onboarding wizard, you activate a fully featured 14-day trial:

  • No credit card is collected during onboarding.
  • You will never be charged automatically at the end of the 14-day trial period.
  • To continue using the system after 14 days, you must explicitly opt-in and configure an active payment profile under your billing dashboard.

2. Subscription Billing Terms

Best Online Booking operates on a recurring software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. Subscriptions are billed in advance based on your selected billing term (Monthly, 6 Months, Yearly, or 2+ Years).

3. Monthly Subscriptions Refund Terms

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a 30-day cycle.

  • Monthly subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • If you choose to cancel, your system remains active with complete channel sync functions until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not offer partial refunds, credits, or prorated offsets for unused days during a monthly billing cycle.

4. Multi-Month & Yearly Subscription Cooling-Off

We offer significant loyalty discounts for long-term commitments (10% off for 6m, 20% off for 1y, 30% off for 2y, and 50% off for >2y). Because of these substantial discounts, long-term plans are governed by the following rules:

  • 7-Day Cooling Off Period: If you purchase a 6-month, yearly, or multi-year subscription plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. Contact [email protected] to request cancellation and a refund.
  • Post-Cooling Off: After 7 calendar days, all long-term pre-payments are non-refundable. If you cancel after this window, your channel sync and PMS remain active until the pre-paid term expires, and it will not auto-renew.

5. Exception Clause

We evaluate refund inquiries under extreme operational anomalies on a case-by-case basis. If a confirmed multi-zone server outage causes our Master Channel Manager to lose synchronization for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will issue proportional subscription credits to affected operator dashboards.
